Posted by: admin : Category: One of my friends was teaching me how to play poker since he said, I never really have anything good to do right after work and he wants me to join our whole group whenever its poker odds night, instead of just watching in the sidelines and eating the chips. He gave me everything that I need to know in the poker rules manual, and even gave me a book of poker rules and how to play it.
I was getting all sorts of information about flushes, straights and pairs, but quite honestly, I don’t think I was able to understand and pick up anything from the sessions that he gave me. Although I was also wondering how come whenever we were trying to practice playing poker odds, I actually won more against him. All I did was just say hit me and then stay right after hitting, and I always draw cards, even if I’m not sure of what I was doing. I’m guessing it’s not just a game of skill but also a game of luck since I really had no idea about the game that I kept to be the winning poker man. I’m just a little worried that I might not be able to do good on our next poker night though…
